Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time frames

  • Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 3–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/outlying areas: 7–10 business days

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at www.thecourierguy.co.za.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders are fulfilled via [DHL / Aramex] and may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
